They are good, specialy the customer service which help me a lot, just remember sending all the original documents, I wanted my evaluation for military, and I got what I wanted. My bachelor was in computer science from India and they evaluated for only 3 years and gave me 93 credits, which I was surprised, however they are professional and doing good jobs, they need to become more familiar and educate themselves with Canadian, British and Indian education system. If you want to pursue your education go for WES because they are the only organization which are more familiar with British, Canadian and Indian education systems.
