Great customer service but somewhat generic product, I'm still waiting for my email copy they promised me. I dont know how my transfer credits which were given notes by my graduating school ended up being simple TR notes in the final credential evaluation. I feel like IEE could have asked me for the transferring university's transcript if that would have confirmed it. Either way great customer service agents, super nice!
