Satisfied with the turn around time given the circumstances that surround us these days. Making the request and uploading documents was pretty straightforward. Original degree and transcripts were well preserved and returned securely. The one thing I did not like was being charged extra $20 for a scanned copy of the evaluation via email of something I received 2 days later in the mail anyways.
