I am sort of satisfied with their service but could have easily be a very satisfied customer. On the positive side, their fee structure is more understandable compared to some other companies. I am happy with their turn-around time. On the negative side, in my communication with them I made it clear that my documents are irreplaceable for me but to my surprise the carrier they used for returning my original documents didn't need any signature from me and they left all my originals by the general mailbox in the lobby of the apartment. I believe I have paid enough money to deserve a safer return service requiring my signature because of sensitivity of the documents. Well, I got lucky this time but I think the company has to make it clear for customer about what service they use and give them options.
