Overall it was fine. The evaluation itself was processed as promised, which was great.
However, my order has arrived later than promised, but I understand it could have happened due to the pandemic. I never received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped, nor I have received a tracking number, which was a little inconvenient. Also the document was a little crumpled.
