Very smooth application process. Due to COVID-19 I expected some issues or delays. I had missing documents and had to gather them so took a little longer than advertised but once all gathered it was completed within the 10 days and I was very happy to receive it. It was exactly what I had expected. My only problems really were the live chat team, they gave me conflicting info, one charged me for something that I didn’t need to pay due to having a complimentary copy included (however, I was refunded without asking!) and overall speaking to the online team wasn’t a very enjoyable experience. There were some great staff, however, there were some less helpful and at times rude staff, particularly someone called Joseph, who I found unhelpful and rude at times. Most others were great except the few I can’t remember names of. Thanks for the help IEE!
