Important information was not revealed at the beginning and it delayed my process. The communication took three days to be received. People attending the chats had very little information about the process and was not updated. I am not sure how much time it was supposed to take to get my evaluation, but it took a month and ten days in my particular case. Also, I wish I would have had all the information about the documents required at the beginning, then it could have been faster. I think the communication was always very polite and personal, during e-mails and chat conversations.
