I did not receive my 400$ high school evaluation transcripts! When I requested to get it send again, this time as an email they said I gotta pay 50$ again! Just for them to fix their mistake and for me to finally get my transcripts, which I need to start my AA. I feel played and I would never recommend that company! They didn’t even call me back when I requested to talk to someone in management! Just ignored the issue , now I gotta pay 50$ more!!!! Terrible customer service
