I have two degrees in Russia and my request was a master’s degree in Psychology. If your specialists said from the beginning we cant, I was looking for another company. I sent my translating, but your specialists refused to make documents without your translating. Anyway, I decided to pay. But why nobody said me for my request no need to translate subjects? Why I must get an additional bill? I understand online service have some specification, but I got SO LOT of mails… Just check if you like it. This is junk. I understand is really nice and easy to translate and to evaluate diploma master’s to master’s. But unfortunately in Russia our government have changed status of the University degree a few times while I was getting study. I know my age people sometimes had the same problems with an evaluation that’s why the government had made accomplish reorganization. For example, my kids have diplomas 6 years and called master’s. I have the highest level of University degree at that time. After was only the scientist’s level. And my request was real. And sorry, this is about feeling… I am disappointed. When I was making requests your company I didn’t know I will feel like part of a computer game. I’m living from month to month and money I spent extremely …expensive. I am not playing, this is my real life and the only chance for socialization in US. And when Mr. Bradley for one hour was refusing to talk with me and after I’m getting mail “hello”. When the translator wrote mail, called down me, but didn’t check I paid about 10 days ago, but she didn’t start yet. I should think about how I can move over that.
