I am very disappointed with the service. I am still waiting for your team to contact me to solve the shipping issue. I have paid for overnight shipping and got my documents after two days. I have received emails from you saying you are going to solve this issue and then nothing. Very poor communication, super expensive and they are still not clear about what the evaluation consists of.
