I cannot give you an good review because you guys didn’t send my diploma and transcript review to Bergen Community College financial aid office. I know this because I asked them and they said that they didn’t receive it. I have been through customer service many times and you guys have been uncooperative and unprofessional. I spent money for nothing. Your company has said that they sent it to the admissions office at Bergen community college, not what I specified.
