Should give negative rating if possible for this company. Group of frauds & goons with absolutely no regard for customer. They mislead on service costs & even try to loot you by asking to pay VAT twice over. Customer call executive gave misleading & incomplete information around cost for services
Field agent was trying to charge extra by way of putting VAT twice( adding VAT on already calculated service charge + VAT amount). Upon my observation & further request to explain himself, he was rude & abusive without accepting his mistake.
