The same happened told my vulnerable mother who locked herself out. The guy came out pretty quick and changed the lock for her. She was quoted £180 she turned around and said ok get me a moment and I’ll go inside to get the cash only got them to turn around and say no only card payments only. She then unwittingly done this without seeing anything on the card reader showing how much she’s paying for. Once this was all done the the guy was long gone. She checked online banking to seen that she was charged £750!!! These people are disgusting. They need to be hold accountable and shut down before this happens to other people
