I wish I had read the reviews, I'm 70+ disabled man, accidentally locked myself out called the first company that appeared in my Google search for a locksmith, unfortunately it was this company, I was told they would be half hour, waited a total of 1 hour 45 mins, guy turned up in a car, 15 mins later my door was open new lock because he had to drill out the old one, then produced a invoice for £864, the new lock was £280, I later checked in B&Q and very similar lock was priced at £20, absolutely fuming, I will be reporting to trading standards, they take advantage of vulnerable people, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
