I ordered a custom-made Hypnos mattress and waited the 4 weeks as stated by the retailer. Just before the delivery date, they informed me of a delay, requiring me to wait another week. A 2-man delivery was arranged, but when Panther, the logistics company chosen by the retailer, arrived, only one person came and dragged my new mattress through the garden to my bedroom, bending it in the process. Panther's staff refused to let me inspect the mattress before signing, and they took it back with them. Although, I already paid for the product and it was my property. Due to this mishandling, the manufacturer's warranty could be void, so I did not want a potentially faulty mattress.A replacement from MyNextMattress would take another 5 weeks. Frustrated, I had to buy a more expensive mattress from another shop with delivery in 2 days. The customer service from both MyNextMattress and Panther was poor, and this entire experience was a waste of time and money. Stay away from this company.
