Great customer service from start to finish with our Hypnos mattress order and delivery. Delivery men were very friendly and delivered on date we chose at a time they told us. Mattress is lovely too.

I'm not going to review the quality mattress purchased, just the customer service. Well...I placed order in advance leaving plenty time for Saturday delivery, checked twice with their customer service and making sure that the mattress going to delivered on time...and of course NOT DELIVERED as requested! Bad experience!

I ordered a hypnos mattress way back on the 4th May 2023 was told would be with me on 16th May. Date comes get an email would be 7 to 10 days delay. Finally got a date for 7th June then another email for 8th June got no notification on the said day from logistics company for the 8th so phoned mynextmattress only to be told it would be 9th June but not guaranteed end of tether reached so requested a refund. This is the only thing good I can say about mynext mattress my refund was paid right away. So beware of this company. I called your mattress online ordered a mattress and I received this afternoon less than 24 hrs later!!!

DO NOT USE, their delivery Company, will completely ignore anything you do or say, to make sure any damage does not happen. Or they will tell you as they are not English, that there may of been some miscomminication!! Not helpful, when you have to insist they be more careful. So they will hurriedly, bash your mattress around, therefore damaging your property, as have read in other reviews, they will slash the packaging very fiercely, yank any corner protectors off & scarper with it!! Giving you no time what so ever to inspect a single thing. When you immediately report damages caused, the delivery men/company will of course deny everything, thats all they need to do!! Will never purchase from them again.

Stay away from this company paid £600 for a Hypnos mattress which in 3 months has caused me to walk with 2 sticks and am awaiting hospital scans because of this shoddy mattress that dips everywhere! Have had to put layers of fleece blankets on it still is so painful - No refund from them opened PayPal case but lost as seller said I had damaged it! Believe they are selling rejects! and Duds A lesson well learnt never distance buy a mattress - now spent £1300 on a new FV mattress - rubbish company with no customer service don't buy from them

KEEP A WIDE BITH OF THIS COMPANY WE OLD PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PAID THEM 800 POUND FOR HYPNOS MATTRESS SOFT ONE IT ROCK HARD BUT A TEAR APPEARED AFTER 9 MONTH BECAUSE IT IS RIGHT ON EDGE WERE I SPILT A DROP OF COFFEE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT NO WERE ELSE ON STAIN COMING AWAY I WASNT ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT JUST TO FIX IT WE ARE DISTRAUGHT ITS 800 POUND WE SAVED HARD FOR A DECENT MATTRESS WICH IS THE WORST MATTRESS WE HAVE EVER HAD HYPNOS WASNT ANY USE EITHER TTHEY GOT OUR MONET AND RAN STAY CLEAR

Bought an Orchid Dunlopillo mattress. Supposed to be top of the range, but As lumpy as a an old fashioned flock mattress. We have always bought Dunlopillo and mattresses invariably good, not this one. Soft, squishy and lumpy when advertised as firm. Very expensive mistake. Also shorter than the Dunlopillo bed base. I twice posted a review on their site. It was removed so they only accept good reviews. Couldn’t return as packaging torn up.

Simon the manager ignorant dishonest and unhelpful.They are selling faulty goods and then won’t refund I’ll bring a claim against them as they sold me Millbrook shorter mattress Simon told me it will straighten up?!The mattress is sinking in the middle and caused a lot of back problems it has no shape it’s medium sold as medium firm.Terrible company I believe negative reviews from trustpilot deleted.Never received a refund

Sold second goods with defects why prices cheaper then elsewhere. Price match promise policy marketing gimmick ''If you find a price better than ours, we will beat it by £5'' they will match but exactly amount you will never receive your £5! They offer the 2 man service choice of room delivery included in price but they delivered only to your door, heavy poor quality mattress. Customer service collected goods but refuse refund shocking first time experience cause pain stress and inconvenience.

I received a faulty bed that was 4-5cm shorter than advertised and I was not allowed to return the item because the packaging was taken by their courier upon delivery. 4-5cm doesn't sound a lot but it is signficant in terms of the length of a bed. I raised the issue verbally and in writing with both Andy and Simon (within the 14 days advertised on the website) for a replacement or refund for 'any reason'. I was denied my request. Yes, it is mentioned somewhere on their web site that the packaging needs to be kept for distance selling regs and so you will need to wrestle with the couriers as they automatically try to take the packaging away (perhaps under instruction from MNM in an attempt to remove their obligations?). Despite being rejected under the 14 days offer, surely I am covered under the guarantee and/or the 30 days (as stated on the web site) required to notify MNM of a faulty product and ask for a replacement or refund?! The answer was "No". I raised the issue with Simon and Andy again (verbally and in writing), and apparently a bed made 4-5cm too short is not classed as faulty despite the mattress hanging over the end of my bed and looking ridiculous. MNM said that the mattress was not pushed all the way to the headboard - but it was! I also find it strange that a mattress somehow affects the length of a brand new bed base. If someone can explain that to me, it would be most welcome. The length of the base is short irrespective of if a mattress is on the base or not. I was then told (by Simon) to contact the manufacturer direct. However, the transaction was between me (the customer) and MNM (the supplier), there is no relationship between me and the manufacturer. MNM tried to move the problem to someone else. Despite this I contacted the manufacturer and unsurprisingly they agreed with me in that MNM should not have referred me to Sleepeezee for the reasons I have stated. I have all of the above in writing. Bottom line - If you order and get a non faulty product your gamble has paid off. I am sure they will respond and try to make excuses as they have with other poor reviews. My warning is that if MNM has a choice of assisting you when you are in need, they won't, and will use every dirty trick possible to leave you with a faulty product. .

The service we received from Mynextmattress was first class. Having been let down by Bensons Beds we ordered a mattress and received it just 2 days later. The delivery drivers Tom and Connor were very helpful and well mannered. We will definitely use these people again

Brilliant company, excellent prices. My Hypnos bed base had a mark on it and I daren’t touch it in case I made it worse. My Next Mattress organised with Hypnos to send a cleaning company out to deal with it for me. The mark was a bit stubborn at first but came off in the end, I’m very happy.

This is a superb company in every way. I rang the store for advice on purchasing the right mattress, was helped by a very friendly assistant and purchased a Hypnos mattress at a better price than anywhere else. I was given a delivery date and rung the evening before and again on the day, about forty minutes before arrival. The two delivery men carried a very heavy mattress up a narrow staircase and were very polite and helpful. I was really impressed with the whole process from start to end and highly recommend this company.

Faulty pillows sold and merchant refused to give refund. I had to bring a claim against them with my credit card provider before I got my refund. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICES. AVOID THIS MERCHANT AT ALL COST.
