Month‑long delay, no communication, and minimal compensation offered I ordered a mattress on 14/03 with a confirmed delivery date of 13/04. I took a day off work and disposed of my old mattress in preparation. No one arrived, and I received no call, SMS, or email to warn me of any delay. When I contacted customer service, I was told a voicemail had been left - but my call log shows no missed calls or messages, and they had my correct number and email the entire time. I had to chase repeatedly to find out what happened. The delivery has now been pushed to 04/05, meaning almost a month’s delay. With a 5‑month‑old infant at home, this has had a real impact on our sleep and routine. After escalating, a manager responded and offered £50 as a goodwill "allowance". While I appreciate the gesture, it feels very minimal given the disruption, the lack of communication, and the time spent trying to resolve this. Update 04/05 Today, the delivery team from AIT Home Delivery arrived (three men) and immediately demanded that I sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any damage they might cause. I declined, as this is not standard practice. The path was fully cleared, and the mattress fits through the doorway — in the past, a team of two delivered the same size mattress through the same doorway without difficulty, so access is not the problem. The stairs in this standard semi‑detached house are also wide enough for a super king mattress to be taken up, and a similar size mattress has been delivered upstairs before without any issues. Despite this, the crew refused to proceed, took photos at the door, phoned MyNextMattress, and marked the delivery as failed. This resulted in a further day of disruption with no progress. After this, I checked AIT Home Delivery’s reviews and found many complaints from other customers about damage, refusal to deliver, and being pressured to accept responsibility for potential damage. This appears to be a recurring issue with their delivery partner. Given Harrison Spinks’ reputation for producing high‑quality mattresses, it is surprising that their products are being handled by a reseller and delivery partner whose service levels are this inconsistent. The gap between the manufacturer’s standards and the experience delivered by the retailer and AIT Home Delivery is noticeable. After a month‑long delay, lack of communication, and now a failed delivery caused entirely by the delivery company’s conduct, I am still waiting for a proper resolution and a goodwill gesture that reflects the disruption. Update 07/05 I have received only one call in the last 48 hours, with no voicemail, no email, and no written response. I have asked to continue the conversation in writing so everything is properly documented, but I have not received any update. I am still waiting for a clear written plan for resolution.

I ummed and arred for about a fortnight before I took the plunge and ordered a top of the range Hypnos mattress. (very expensive) . The delivery date was a month away. I fretted and wondered whether I had done the right thing then delivery date was changed - twice, due to unforeseen problems with the suppliers and I fretted a bit more but was kept informed often and politely. Delivery day arrived and my mattress was delivered to my bedroom by two delivery men. The first night's sleep was the best ever. What a great investment. No regrets, go on people if you want a good mattress look no further that mynextmattress.

I would give this Company 10 stars if I could! My new mattress has just been delivered - a big Thank You to all the Team. I was really impressed with the whole process - from my initial contact, to the delivery. I was kept informed at every stage, and received courtesy at every stage of the process. The delivery men were excellent, and carried the mattress to the room of my choice. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them I have used this Company before, and I have always had superb service. You should be very proud of yourselves. Thank you.

Good website with the product we wanted available at a good price for almost immediate delivery - which was very efficient and well communicated. We will be back for our next mattress replacement.

Recommended. MNM agreed to price match when I found the product cheaper. The responses from customer service were always quick and helpful. I was kept up to date with the delivery time and they even called ahead to advise when they would arrive.

Fantastic customer service and excellent 30 day comfort guarantee. The mattress I ordered was superior quality but just too firm for me but the exchange was amazingly simple and stress free. Delivery persons on both deliveries were amazing too. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team at MNM. We initially bought a very good quality mattress (at a good price), which ended up being too firm for us. I felt slightly awful having to take them up on the exchange, but we are glad we did, as they have now delivered our perfect mattress. Thanks again for your patience and professionalism!

Very happy, exceptional service. Very quick and efficient. Ordered late Sunday delivered Tuesday with accurate tracking and timings came spot on time with a call 40 mins before. Couldn't ask for more. Love the mattress so far.

Replacement Hypnos Orthos Support 8 mattress delivered as agreed to our bedroom and old mattress removed under warranty. All went as planned. New mattress feels comfortable. Thank you for your help during the exchange process

Brilliant service from a great group. Advice was spot on and the mattress is very comfortable indeed. Delivery crew were helpful too and we have a sleep trial on the mattress.
