Horrendous customer service and used products. I’ve spent lakhs on myntra and later they send me used products during covid times and when I returned it saying neither does it fit me and it looks old, they put it on the customer. Terrible customer service. They should learn from Amazon india and bigbasket with their customer service. It’s a big scam where used products are dispatched to the customer. Avoid at all costs.
