“They have blocked my account and they are not allowing me to use my money in credit and they are not refunding as well .its been 10 days. Don’t trust Myntra ever guys it’s a grave mistake to have myntra credits trusting them .”

“Myntra are frauds,While ordering,these people are providing every possibilities to grab the customer.But once we have placed the order & incase they deliver the wrong product then no customer executive is there to help it out.Even in app there is no option where we people can raise problem.Most of the time they are delivering the wrong product & looting the money only. Worst worst worst👎”

“Very bad platform. When I went to purchase a product there were many options to choose but when I bought one but due to size issue when wanted to exchange or return they were unlimited hurdles like size not available, payment issues etc. I would suggest not to buy anything 4m myntra.”

“At MYNTRA I paid for 3 dresses and only 1 dress was delivered , 2 more were not received in the packet. They copy-paste or auto-send the same messages we are looking into the matter and decline it. They take the money and don't deliver and on top go back and forth with the same messages. Not happy at all. Worst Customer service they keep saying the claim has been declined for no fault of me, stole my money so unethical.”

“Myntra is such a worst platform to buy since I had very bad experience with purchase of product from this platform.i had a problem in that purchase i contacted customer care but that customer care is one of waste group who can handle the buyers by telling "we will help to sortout the issues" but it never happens.simply keep prolonging the issues. And they never solved the buyers complaints.. Agaain and again if we go customer care each time new agent will come online and again they start from scratch ..their support mail id is one of the dump.. I would recommend it is better not to purchase anything from Myntra ...”

“I bought Allen solly jeans with mid rise and Slim fit as per the product description on December. the seller send the item with Lown Rise Skinny fit remaining details are same as description. I think it is a mistake choose to exchange the item with exact description. At that time I contacted myntra customer support. They made apology After three days exchanged product delivered, unfortunately again they made same mistake. So I requested to return and refund. Second time I contacted the myntra customer support, They made apology. After three months I ordered same product with mid rise and Slim fit. Unfortunately again they send the old wrong product with Low Rise and Skinny fit. Again I contacted the myntra customer support, as usual they made apology. Again I decided to exchange to get the exact item what they said in product description. Unfortunately They delivered the old wrong product with Low Rise and Skinny fit. Now I again made exchange to get the exact item what I am ordered. Now also contacted the myntra customer support, as usual they made apology. Wait and see. I think this is not a mistake, this is doing the seller intentionally to sell out the old stock or slow moving item. I think myntra will take action to avoid this type foolishness activities of the seller to avoid the customers ugly feeling about myntra. Unfortunately there is no way to connect customer support to the seller to inform the seller to change the product description as per the products available with the seller... That's a big Jock...”

“Fake app no refund nothing only a fake app no customer service I have a proof this app is totally making you fool I order necklace and I get wrong and damaged product and still I do not get my refund I call customer care they said give good feedback we do your work within 24 Hours but very shameful I do not get my refund yet and my parcel is still at my home delivery agent come and go with only reason that …..this parcel is not approved how do I pick your parcel very shameful Myntra I do not order again in this app I uninstall this app”

“It is really worst experience with #myntra . I never faced this type of issue with amazon. Really shame on you myntra for troubling your customer. I bought this pyjama from myntra and within some hours raised return because I am plus size woman and this lower was not comfortable. But my return they are not accepting because of some tag issue. Please understand that i collected product as it is (without price tag). And if you trouble customer like that than it is your responsibility to allow customer to open packet at time of delivery (because if i am receiving without price tag this is not my fault) and delivery agent do not allow to open packet before delivery and after delivery of products they do not accept... disgusting myntra. Product is totally fine and with brand tag. But they are not accepting (saying ki price tag nahi hai. Bhai mai kahan se le ke aaun price tag jab mujhe nahi mila hai product mai).... “They are robbers. I ordered a dress...which turn out to very bad...I raised return request immediately....nobody ever came to pick the dress...and they continuosly sent false messages we are unable to reach...even after multiple complaints they did nothing...just blocked my number on customer care”

“It has the worst and hopeless customer care and problem resolution policies. They keep generating tickets which are never resolved. Myntra has been rejecting the return items despite sending wrong and damaged product.. The delivery boy rejects your return pickup upon his whims and fancies in up and you have to keep following the support bench with no resolution ever to your problem...It's been continuously torturing it's customers for miniscule reasons....it's a hopeless place to shop.. I recently faced two issues... 1) I ordered a purse for official use.. It was quite small than the image shown..so ond has check whether his/her items would fit properly..my items were not fitting well ,I raised a return request..the pick up was rejected saying there was a seal on the chain which you broke..I kept telling the cc that there was no seal if there was any how would the customer check it properly without opening the chain... I kept following the cc for nearly 1.5 months but did not get a solution just tickets after tickets..and i cud not return the purse.. 2) I ordered a saree which was totally different in colour and design ..as usual I rased a return but it was again rejected by the d trelivery boy saying it does not match the same item shown....please tell these stupids that the reason for return was itself that a wrong product was delivered,but no one listened..same tickets after tickets were given with no solution till yet... Today the delivery boy came tyo pick up the item ,..he took the item and called after 3 hrs saying his senior hasi BH rejected the pick u jyp as the saree is different..... Arey Bhai alag hai tabhi to return kar rahe hai”

“I have bought shirt from this site, they delivered wrong product without tag, we hv asked for return, boy not taking bcoz of wrong product, contacted customer care morethan10 times, they are saying sorry sir, raise a complaint. Not resolved till now. Pl don't buy anything drom this site, they are cheaters. Fraud site.”

“Myntra is the absolute ridiculous company I have ever used and they provide the worst service ever. Even after charging 1400 on a simple kurta they sent a used tag less kurta with stains. The delivery agent is refused to pickup the product as it doesn't have tag. They charged me even more 30rupees saying platform fee. They should ban Myntra for selling products at really very high cost and for providing very poor service.”
