“Hi I am sorry to write this review for Myntra is best platform to buy products but recently I purchased dress which I want to return they put on hold I tried to contact customer service no body is replying the return item is with tag and packing everything I want to upload the image of the one which I want to return but cannot upload . Please myntra get back to me ASAP”

“Very disappointing app. You send damaged products and then create problems when taking them back, saying the product is damaged. Then why don’t you provide open-box delivery? Why don’t you check the product properly before sending it? You send used dresses, and after the return, you keep my money stuck and return on hold for no reason.”

“I’ve been a Myntra customer since very very long I could not even remember when I started shopping from Myntra. Recently I’ve ordered few teams work 20,000. And I select cash on delivery option, they never came to my house to delivery anything & I keep getting emails that delivery is not completed, we will attempt the delivery again. It’s more than 4-5 times. And I have contacted customer support, this is very bad that even a customer support team made me wait for so long that there is nothing getting solved. Very bad experience!!”

“Horrible customer service. Ordered a pair of gym gloves on aug 16th. Was supposed to be delivered by 26th. Revised to 27th , kept saying 27th till 29th then just delayed. There AI customer service is terrible. Got a response that i may get the complaint resolved by sept 3. On sept 2nd get a msg from ekart that drluvery will be done any time till 11pm. Waited all day, at 930 pm some random n false msg was sent tellibg delivery failed. After much persuation the ai agent connected to a real agent who connected to his superior who simply disconnected the call. Some hari shankar or something !”

“I really dont give reviews, but really had a bad experience with Myntra and ekart logistics…I had returned two sets of dress but the pickup agent did not update the status and refund is on hold from almost 10 day. I request without OTP initiation from myntra or ekart do not return the product and loose your money.”

“I wish I could give rating in negative. They sent wrong product and not ready to admit and correct their mistake. Scam is on another level. Invoice shows correct product name but they delivered someghing else. This is so frustrating.”

“I ordered one product, but I ended up receiving two and was charged for both. I contacted customer care, and the representative told me they needed to consult their technical team regarding the issue. However, the call got disconnected before they could help further. Since then, I've been unable to connect with anyone from customer support. Bad service.”

“Terrible service! Order delayed by 10 days past delivery date, every time I would call them they would say they are working on it and that I would receive the product in 48 hours. I never received my product, so I was forced to cancel the item. Worst part is Myntra blocks you from leaving a review on canceled items, completely hiding their delivery failures. Unacceptable logistics and poor customer experience. Avoid this seller!”

“Absolute fraud ,Empty box delivered. Myntra's service has become the absolute worst. My son ordered OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro on 26th May 2026, and we received a completely empty box with no device inside, When we complained to customer care, they casually rejected it saying "we have checked from our end so we cannot do anything." If they checked, then where did the device go? It is a clear case of theft/tampering during delivery, and Myntra refuses to take responsibility. Strongly advise everyone never to buy expensive items from this platform”

“Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Myntra. I specifically contacted customer support BEFORE placing my order because the product was marked non-returnable, and I had certain concerns regarding the item. Your customer care executive gave me completely incorrect information and assured me in a way that convinced me to go ahead with the purchase. After receiving the product, I realized the information provided by your team was false and misleading. Now I’m being told that the product cannot be returned because it falls under the non-returnable category. This is absolutely unacceptable. As a loyal and regular Myntra customer, I trusted your customer support and made the purchase ONLY based on the guidance provided by your team. If the executive had informed me correctly in the first place, I would never have placed the order. Customers should not have to suffer financially because of misinformation provided by Myntra representatives. A brand of this scale should take accountability for its team’s mistakes instead of hiding behind policies when the fault clearly lies from your end. Very poor customer service experience, zero accountability, and extremely disappointing resolution handling. This incident has seriously impacted my trust in Myntra.”

“Since 0 is not an option, giving 1 star. Delivery agents are unprofessional as they update delivery status as "Customer rejected product", "Could not deliver", even without making legitimate delivery attempts. Customer care is also unprofessional, including the escalation team as they disconnect the call when asked for genuine answers for their repeated mistakes. Their online chatbot is a big joke as the automatic options available for is very less and does not serve the purpose of raising tickets. Think twice before buying anything from Myntra! For products that I ordered more than a month back, I am still fighting for a proper exchange.”
