“Myntra is listing product to be sold by original brand such as Bata on their marketplace website. They do not disclose on the product page that Bata products are not covered under Bata's standard 90 day warranty policy. They have this agreement with Bata. I received this response from Bata when I reached them out to get warranty service for a defective product that Myntra purchases are not covered under 90 day warranty even though the product seller on Myntra is Bata India Limited.
By not disclosing the warranty information on the product page while customer is making a purchase they are doing a fraud. This is even done when they list that the seller is Bata India Limited. Both Bata and Myntra are doing a fraud by selling defective inventory to customers.”
“I returned a product on 10th November but the return status is not yet updated and today is 21st November. The logistic team is saying that they haven't got the product so the refund can't be processed. I filed complaint for 4 times but the response was same every time. Now in this whole scenario where is my faulty. This time I'm really very disappointed with myntra. This is the scam and now I'll rethink before doing shopping from myntra. “This Mytra website is total fraud ! Their website says 30 days return but when contacted on 30 th day , saying I didn't receive the product completely, paid for 2, received 1; They said since it had gone beyond 72 hours , they can't help. I had delayed as I am NRI and I ordered items beforehand so that when I reach India , I get them as if there is any delay I won't receive my item.
After my repetitive requests, they just re-iterated it's NOT in policy, if not then STOP advertising 30 days RETURN on website.
MYNTRA is ABSOLUTE NO NO for anyone and DEFINITE NO NO for NRIs. I will spread the word about this scam!

“I am a myntra icon..you can understand by that that I did spend a lot that they made me an icon..I ordered a Biba dupatta worth RS.998, a convenience charge added for Rs.20 which they charge on all orders so total 1008…the package I received had a plastic bag with the dupatta label and a cheap cotton pant which is neither worth more than 150 nor looks good..I tried to return it. The first thing that happenes is the convenience charge is deducted. What was the convenience here when the whole thing is not even the customer’s mistake. The pickup person wouldn’t pick it saying it’s a different product..exactly that’s y I m returning it…several call, chats..no resolution and now the customer care don’t repond once thay know we are inquiring about the pickup of this particular order. Surprised that with such bad customer experience how the site still has customers..I am never buying anything from myntra again..in a way good coz I was addicted!”
“During sale period Myntra attract customers by offering low price of products n later on cancel the order with message that unfortunately we had to cancel your order as seller is not able to supply . My 40% orders were cancelled by Myntra . 4 products cancelled recently out of 10. So do not waste your time for shopping on Myntra.”

I called and called for over a month, i dont know where they pick up their agents and senior agents, but I think a monkey would have solved the issue by now. “I returned my product and asked them to refund money as myntra credits. Money got credited in myntra account. But when I again ordered something they charged me convenience fee of 300 on a product of 800. Now my credit amount was 700. Means In order to get my money adjusted of rs 700 I have to pay 300 extra. I'm long time customer of Myntra. I trusted them completely. But recently I just woke up!! I ordered a sofa set cover which had fitting issue so I asked for return. Some Myntra agent came and picked up the product but I didn't get any refund. I raised complaint many times but nothing happened. They just kept denying the product has picked up when I shared every single details with customer service person. Hello Myntra, stop cheating your customers,

Myntra is one of the big e-commerce brands in India and hence hard to avoid. However, whenever there exists an option to do so, I would recommend you opt for an alternative platform.
I recently purchased football shoes worth over Rs. 8000 from Myntra and was delivered an incorrect product. Despite multiple follow ups and wasted time+energy, they refuse to return my money. They go on to say that they have conducted a detailed internal investigation which proves there exists no tampering on their end but refuse to provide any kind of report on the said investigation. This then indirectly places the blame for misconduct on my end.
As consumers, we don't have many options available given the friction involved in approaching the consumer court. Hence, it is best to opt for companies like Amazon who have proven track records in customer service and empathy.
