“I ordered a pair of Puma shoes from Myntra. I initiated a return request because the product I received was damaged and incorrect. It has been nearly two months, yet my return has still not been picked up. I have called Myntra over a hundred times, but to this day, my issue remains unresolved. Myntra is absolutely terrible.”

“I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with my order. I ordered da Vinci sandals worth of 4300 and what I received a very poor and dirty one shoe looks like a they pic up from dustbin and packed into the box.in future I will never purchase anything from Myntra.really really disappointing.as I’m a regular customer from last 12,13 years”

“Not even 1 star is deserved. I am beyond disappointed. While the Myntra support team is good, I can no longer trust this platform. I received the wrong product in the wrong size with no tags attached. Despite having clear photo/video proof from delivery day, the return is stuck "on hold." I am being forced to keep the wrong product because the check team claims there is no evidence. They are closing the issue claiming they sent tags, but that is a big NO. Knowing their policies, I specifically captured video proof showing no tags were present. I ordered two products on the same date and neither had tags. I’ve raised 3 complaints with no solution. My humble request is for policies that ensure equality; I submitted my proof, but the team rejected it without showing theirs. There must be accountability from both sides. As a customer, I did everything right, yet I am the one losing money. I won't be coming forward to buy anything here again. Trust is completely broken.”

“I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Myntra’s service. I ordered a Safari bag on 12th February 2026, and the promised delivery date was 14th February 2026. However, I did not receive the product on the mentioned date, nor did I receive any proper update or clarification from Myntra. After this failure, I contacted customer care and was told that an issue had been raised and I had to wait until 18th February 2026. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. To make matters worse, on 18th February 2026, Myntra cancelled my order from their end without even informing me. This is completely unacceptable and shows total lack of professionalism. What feels even more like cheating is that Myntra had offered a ₹300 first-time buyer coupon, which I used for this order. Since the product was never delivered and was cancelled by Myntra, I requested that the coupon be restored. But customer care refused, saying the coupon is only valid for the first order — even though the failure was entirely on their side. This is clearly misleading and unfair to customers. I lost my product, my time, and my discount because of Myntra’s mistake. This experience has destroyed my trust in Myntra, and I strongly warn other customers to be careful before ordering.”

“Its unfortunate that I selected 1 star, ideally it should be 0 star. It seems, Myntra is into a fraud business since they are delivering products without TAG, its unusual/illegal practice. This company is prospering by ensuring that Customer cannot return the product they get. Since, everybody is busy, no one will spend 30min/1hr behind return a product.”

“I want to share this as an awareness note for all shoppers. I purchased a jacket from Myntra for Rs. 4,213 plus handling charges. However, when the product arrived, the MRP printed on the tag was Rs. 3,999. I raised this issue, and the team confirmed over email that the extra amount would be refunded. Later, I received a call from a representative named Palak, who gave an unrelated explanation that did not address the concern. I would advise all buyers to cross-check the MRP on the product after delivery to ensure they are not overcharged. I also followed up over email after the call, but I have not received any response from Akshat so far.”

“Myntra "The Chors/Thieves" Took the payment of Rs 1150 & did not deliver the consignment. When confronted , they had no reason's , No excuses , No explanations. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MYNTRA. OTHER ONLINE SITES ARE MUCH BETTER THAN MYNTRA.”
