“Recently, I bought a dress, and after the first wash, the color started fading. I complained to Myntra customer care. They messaged me saying the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. But after 48 hours, when I followed up, they again said it would be resolved in another 48 hours. They also told me not to return or do anything until the issue is resolved. It has been 5 days now, and I haven't received any response from them. Very bad customer service from Myntra.”

“Wow.. Where do I begin? Yes! I see that some people are saying they got fake products from myntra. Believe me, I am using myntra from 2016 and I purchased a lot of products and I never got any fake product till now and in fact, myntra gives a lot of discounts and some options like myntra insider and myntra move which helps us getting coupons not just for the products you purchase in myntra. which means u can get coupons for other popular sites too. So, don't worry just download the app and be stylish!”
