Recently, I bought a dress, and after the first wash, the color started fading. I complained to Myntra customer care. They messaged me saying the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. But after 48 hours, when I followed up, they again said it would be resolved in another 48 hours. They also told me not to return or do anything until the issue is resolved. It has been 5 days now, and I haven't received any response from them. Very bad customer service from Myntra.
