"Myntra selling fake products. I ordered a kurta which came with a lable of a different brand but has the tag of HERE&NOW. I ordered it considering it as a HERE&NOW product. To my surprise, the customer care team also agree that the two brands are different but still, they insist me to accept it, since it was checked by their quality team. This is ridiculous. I am going to sue them for selling fake products."

"I received a completely different product so I requested a refund. Product was picked up after 3 days it was returned to me that I am a wrong product. I can return whatever I received from where am I supposed to return the right product?? Despite of multiple complaints no action was taken."

"Horrible experience. Pathetic customer service. Cheaters in the delivery chain. even the delivery person has been taught how to trick customers. we received a broken item. this is my last purchase from myntra. but the wayt hey are growing, they dont care."

"New fraud by myntra..!\r\n\r\nThey send product WITHOUT PRICE TAG.\r\nThen refuce return due to that.\r\nThen register an incorrect complaint of \"incorrect product recieved\", which was never said anywhere. \r\nCancel the return as they had send the right product.\r\nAnd thus you are forced to keep the product. \r\n\r\n\r\nHappened 4 times with me. \r\n\r\n\r\nI even had the VIDEO OF OPENING the product. Yet they totally ignored it.\r\n\r\n\r\nThere customer service is beyond worst, they are all robots just repeat 1 thing on loop. Even if they understand the issue, they don't do anything."
