“has defrauded me by failing to resolve the issue with my order placed on 28th Dec (Order ID: #1287254). Despite repeated follow-ups and CEO escalations, they’ve neither canceled nor refunded (almost ₹1700) stuck with them. Take ownership and resolve this now!”

“I ordered Jade T shirt Invoice no 12425JA00002791 dt 26 dec 2023, was delivered with totally wrong item with different brand without tag. But my return was rejected with false reason. I ordered of amt 14089/- total with the same invoice , the you people were making me wrong for the penny amount of one shirt . This is totally scam by You and your delivery agent who delivered and cheated with us or may be covering up fraud attempt by your any employee.”

“PLEASE DONOT Purchase anything from Myntra. Its a big time fraud company. I ordered a fragrance worth of Rs.2500 for discounted price of Rs.850, the package arrived EMPTY! I complained 6-7 times over span of 15 days, they claim to have shipped sealed product. They are denying refund money or reshipping. I have written to consumer forum, awaiting a response. MYNTRA IS A BIG TIME FRAUD SCAM PLEASE DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.”

“Choose Myntra only if you do COD If you make a purchase on Myntra, make sure you only do cash on delivery. Their call center agents are bad including manager. They have no idea of what they are saying. Their courier ekart is also very bad. They deliver half the products and then give no solutions. OTP is taken even before we can validate if all products are delivered. It's cheating the customers”

“They cancelled my order without informing me. The money was already paid. When I tried to login to my account they blocked me. And when i phoned them they said it was cancelled for "security" reasons. No other explanation given. They say they have initiated a process to refund my money by the 26 November. I'll have to wait and see if they keep to their undertaking of the refund. The lady I spoke to by the name of Anjali was totally unhelpful. Please don't deal with this company unless you want to be disappointed.”

“Similar issues as others. Wanted to return the product. Some fake/ real pick-up SMS. But no one came to pick up. Next day, myntra app shows, my product didnt pass the quality check at doorstep. And hence, return rejected. I complained in help centre. And calling customer service everyday. But everyday, they send same scripted message- 24 hours time frame, complaints would be resolved; same sugary trained dialogues by their agents on call. Horrible experience. Never going to buy again.”

“Absolutely pathetic...their return policy is very bad. Some scam calls and messages r sent intimating pick up. Then they cancell it on their own. This has been happening since 2 months. Customer service executives r untrained and just repeating words. Never again with Myntra”

“Myntra selling fake products. I ordered a kurta which came with a lable of a different brand but has the tag of HERE&NOW. I ordered it considering it as a HERE&NOW product. To my surprise, the customer care team also agree that the two brands are different but still, they insist me to accept it, since it was checked by their quality team. This is ridiculous. I am going to sue them for selling fake products.”

“MNYTRA FRAUD: I didn't expect this behaviour from MYNTRA. My return order was initiated, also the agent picked up the return but he didn't update the status and also did not initiate a refund. I called the customer care and also the escalation team several times but no use. Worst experience with Myntra. They don't even keep data and track of the agent who is attempting to pickup or deliver the product. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... “I received a completely different product so I requested a refund. Product was picked up after 3 days it was returned to me that I am a wrong product. I can return whatever I received from where am I supposed to return the right product?? Despite of multiple complaints no action was taken.”

“I am writing this post with deep disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with Myntra. Over a month ago, I returned two products, and yet, the company has not processed my refund. Despite calling customer support more than 10 times, each time I was assured a resolution within 48 hours, but no action has been taken, and I received no further response. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputed platform like Myntra. It's essential to hold companies accountable for their commitments to their customers.”
