It has the worst and hopeless customer care and problem resolution policies. They keep generating tickets which are never resolved. Myntra has been rejecting the return items despite sending wrong and damaged product.. The delivery boy rejects your return pickup upon his whims and fancies in up and you have to keep following the support bench with no resolution ever to your problem...It's been continuously torturing it's customers for miniscule reasons....it's a hopeless place to shop.. I recently faced two issues... 1) I ordered a purse for official use.. It was quite small than the image shown..so ond has check whether his/her items would fit properly..my items were not fitting well ,I raised a return request..the pick up was rejected saying there was a seal on the chain which you broke..I kept telling the cc that there was no seal if there was any how would the customer check it properly without opening the chain... I kept following the cc for nearly 1.5 months but did not get a solution just tickets after tickets..and i cud not return the purse.. 2) I ordered a saree which was totally different in colour and design ..as usual I rased a return but it was again rejected by the d trelivery boy saying it does not match the same item shown....please tell these stupids that the reason for return was itself that a wrong product was delivered,but no one listened..same tickets after tickets were given with no solution till yet... Today the delivery boy came tyo pick up the item ,..he took the item and called after 3 hrs saying his senior hasi BH rejected the pick u jyp as the saree is different..... Arey Bhai alag hai tabhi to return kar rahe hai

Worst and very worst service by Myntra. There is no customer care person for complain also. Return or exchange service is extremely bad. It's a headache if you want to return or exchange. I will never ever buy from Myntra in future that is for sure...

I have bought shirt from this site, they delivered wrong product without tag, we hv asked for return, boy not taking bcoz of wrong product, contacted customer care morethan10 times, they are saying sorry sir, raise a complaint. Not resolved till now. Pl don't buy anything drom this site, they are cheaters. Fraud site.

Myntra is the absolute ridiculous company I have ever used and they provide the worst service ever. Even after charging 1400 on a simple kurta they sent a used tag less kurta with stains. The delivery agent is refused to pickup the product as it doesn't have tag. They charged me even more 30rupees saying platform fee. They should ban Myntra for selling products at really very high cost and for providing very poor service.

I have ordered jeans but got different size and style. I tried to return but they told us that after investigation we can't do anything. Even jeans pics is different and parcel I got is different. Why myntra can't return this?

Dont trust myntra I ordered puma red colour shoes thy delivered low quality product and i initiated for return from last five days i am waiting to return myntra is postponing my return for bulshitt reason such worst and bad experience

Do not trust Myntra. They are the cheater and selling defective items. They know how to fool and cheat people.. currently facing one of defective item and They are refusing to take it back. All kinds of factory outlet products They sell in Myntra platform

Delivered a different product than what was ordered. When complaint was raised, they said they will replace. But the message came as if I have asked for an exchange. When the delivery came the delivery man refused to replace saying that it has not been approved. Asked me to call the customer care. I called them and informed but to my surprise, I received a message saying that my ‘exchange request’ is rejected as it has not passed the quality test. God knows what is the quality issue here. I again raised a fresh complaint and after 4 days another delivery man appeared and the same drama of no approval and call the customer care repeated. This time the delivery person did not wait even till I could dial the customer care number. The customer care parroted again the same ‘we regret the inconvenience, please register another complaint’ bla bla. I thought enough is enough. To hell with Myntra.

I had ordered a pair of heels from Myntra, I got the product with a broken box and the heel leather was chipped and looked like someone has used it!! The day I received the product, I raised an exchange and after going back and forth with the Myntra customer support team, they have approved the exchange but have not exchanged the damaged product with the new product and have not refunded my money!! I am so disappointed with this app right now! Why the hell should customer bare the loss of what Myntra does!!

I bought Roadster shoes from Myntra and its sole broke just after a month and a few days. We bought it on Jan 2nd 2024 and it broke in first week of Feb itself. I contacted both Roadster and Myntra via email but no response, even on Instagram they chose to ignore. Highly unprofessional behaviour and weird response from their customer care person, who kept repeating one line - “the return period of one month has ended”. I was not returning the shoes, the low quality shoes broke in just 1 month. Nowhere was it written in the product description that the warranty period of the shoes were one month. We didn’t contact them after months of buying the shoes, it had only been a month and it broke. We informed them in an email about this but instead of providing a solution they ignored. Also rejected my review and later posted it without pictures. Even a roadside shoes will last more than a month. First they provide low quality product and then they ignore everything. Customer care service and product both are pathetic. Please note: Roadster is owned by Myntra.

While I have not experienced any issues with their delivery and regular exchange. But recently I shopped for few items and qualified for additional bank discount. Had to return one of the items as the fit was not good but if I returned then the bank discount was getting adjusted in the amount to be refunded hence I wanted to opt for the new options 'STYLE EXCHANGE'. I tried selecting around 8-10 different items but all of them appeared as not deliverable at pincode which definitely is a bug from their end. I called up customer care & they asked me to send an email. Ticket was opened when I emailed but the same was closed without resolving the issue. I escalated the issue to myntra escalation id and even shared this on Twitter but till date no one has bothered to even respond to the email. Did not expect such a disgusting approach from Myntra. Will not be shopping anything ever again from them.

Recently I placed order and literally waited for a week to get my order and then after a week my order was cancelled by seller(happened with 2-3 products) Then that seller listed that same product with double price. When I asked customer care what is this, they gave me very rude replies (like ::: you should see and order if it’s in stock[dude it was in stock, then only I was able to place order] and your money wasn’t debted and it’s debted after ur order is shipped [then why did u initiated refund and told me you will get back your money within 7 working days] and many more)and wasted my time. They don’t and never provide any proper solutions and never take actions on sellers who CHEAT people.

Never expected this kind of service from Myntra …..I had given 2 items for exchange and till now haven’t received the product ….the delivery executive comes and says we haven’t received the exchange product so we can’t give you the exchange product….the delivery executives are also so rude they don’t know how to talk and behave with the customers and Myntra is not even bothered….they haven’t worked on my complaint also …..if I don’t get my refund or the exchange product I will take legal action…..I know Myntra is not bothered about any reviews or feedback but I am writing this so that others don’t fall into their trap and be care full ……terrible this is

The service has become really pathetic day by day , itseems we should not order a prepaid order because this is really not safe in terms of myntra as i had a ordered some prepaid stuffs and in which there were 3 products from which one stuff was not delivered and was waiting as the estimated date reached i randomly checked the status of product which to my surprise was showing delivered - crazy even the delivery was not attempted and status is delivered it was a good waste of money i had ordered kotty trousers priced 336 rs .

I ordered a jacket from Myntra, but to my dismay, it arrived in terrible condition. When the delivery person came for the exchange, they outright refused to accept it due to its poor state. I promptly contacted Myntra’s help desk and provided them with photos of the product, showing all the seals and tags intact. However, Myntra’s response was disappointing. They informed me that my claim for returning the product couldn’t be accommodated because it had supposedly passed their quality check. It’s frustrating when an app for shopping falls short of expectations, and it feels like they’re just registering complaints without taking any meaningful action. My experience with Myntra has been far from satisfactory. 🛒📦
