“I have received wrong product on 11 Jan and have raise exchange request then I confirm wronge product will not be return or exchange. I have raised query immediately when delivery partner not accepted the wrong product for exchange or return. Today 28 Jan my query has not yet resolved but they have sent mail your query has been resolved. I am an elite customer of myntra still they are treating us like this. Previously I have faced another issue on 25 Dec23. Product was missing and also not resolving my query... They are money stealer. They are thief. Their manager also saying same thing and not resolving my query. My review also not approved by them.”

“I had ordered jockey assorted inners . I received completely wrong product . After calling 5 times also customer care people declined my request. They said it is not under our policy to return or refund I accept this but sending wrong and cheap product will fall under your policy? I’m writing this review because I’m helpless. Please do the needful. Thanks”

“Customer support is worse. Had to return a product but they refused to give a refund for it repeating again and that we have quality assured the product which I’m pretty sure they didn’t through which I received a damaged product but they are adamant on providing the return and refund for something which we are not responsible for.”

“Hi, I bought couple of t shirts, Shirts and 2 jeans around Oct 2023 however I have just opened Roadster Men Green & White Striped Polo Collar Pure Cotton T-shirt - Size: S – However it looks like I have received large instead of small as size is very big then small for sure – as I frequently buy from Myntra and it has never happened before. Tag on the t shirt is “S” but it’s definitely not small and size is for Large. Original tags are still there – but company do not care. I sent couple of messages to the Myntra official but they refused to help me out and advise to go for legal or any other alternative and that is the reason I am submitting my complain here and will also request through public grievance ministry of consumer affairs to look into this and provide any resolution. “Worst getting day by day . No customer centric and no bother about the customer. Opted another alternate online delivery app which is far more better than myntra. Requesting everyone to opt tha same and bycott and diacard myntra and flipkart as these are cheater and worst shopping portals now.”

“Myntra is fraud. I have ordered product from Myntra but I didn't receive the order and Myntra is showing delivered. I have complained about this multiple times but didn't get any solution. It's resolved the complained without informing me. I never get the refund.”

“Hello everyone This is to let you know that the Myntra delivery team has been seen to make phony attempts at deliveries. My five orders from last week were marked as undelivered because the executive didn't contact me before picking up the package from the delivery office, even though I was available to pick them up. The executive assumed that offices were closed for three days, so he didn't buy the parcel. Even after that, the orders were cancelled and a refund was initiated for my account without informing me. It is advisable not to rely on Myntra for verified orders. Regards Swapnil Kadam”

“Horrible Customer Service!!! I ordered a product for myself and after the delivery of the product, I had to plan a return because the size wouldn’t fit. I placed a return and it failed due to the product code not matching. After multiple issues being raised and investigations being done, Myntra customer care service explained to me, that the investigation has failed because the right product was delivered to you but the product has failed quality check because the product code isn’t matching!!! So now I’m stuck with a product that does not fit me, my money being wasted and Myntra being of least help to me here! I had read many reviews of other people facing this same issue before and I didn’t expect Myntra to get to such low levels!!! If you can’t manage a platform don’t fool people and steal from them!!”

“We ordered a shirt and it's not delivered to us. But they mentioned it's delivered. . despite repeated calling and messaging for 25 days. .they always replied saying we will get back in 24 to 48 hrs but never investigated. Atleast they closed the issue without any clarification and confirmation. Worst service”

“I recently placed an order with Myntra and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the promised delivery timeframe, my order has been consistently delayed. What's even more disappointing is that, despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of communication and a clear resolution plan is deeply concerning. The customer service representatives have been polite, but their inability to provide a concrete solution or expedite the delivery process is disheartening. I believe that a company's commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in how it handles challenges. In this case, I feel let down and frustrated by the lack of transparency and the failure to fulfill a basic promise of timely delivery. I urge Myntra to prioritize improving its logistics and communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability, and unfortunately, my recent experience falls short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that my concerns are taken seriously and that steps are taken to rectify these issues promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend Myntra to others based on my disappointing experience. Feel free to modify the template according to your specific situation and emotions. It's essential to be honest and specific about the problems you encountered while also leaving room for the company to address and rectify the issues.”

“Don't purchase anything from myntra they are stolen the money and sending faulty items and rejecting to accpt the shoe and ear buds I would suggest you to please don't purchase from Myntra. Also they will delete my review from here and and they have deleted my numerous reviews from myntra app too. They are liers first they say we don't have managers and then they transfer the chat or call to another agents and they talk as a manager.”

“Mera to bahut ganda wala experience raha. Meri jacket me size issue tha 3000 ki jacket thi maine usko return dala or wo return nhi ho rhi pickup aane se pahle return on hold kar de raha quality check issue daal ke uske baad 4-5baar complain ki tb wo aaya or product le jane ke baad bhi hold pe daal diya uske baad fir customer service humari help hi ni karta without check the issue resolved kar ke ticket pe mention kar dete hai... Mai kya karu mera paisa fansa hua hai.. Jindgi me kisi ko myntra se shopping karne ke liye nhi bolungi,. Itna ganda experience”
