They delivered me a wrong product. I raised a return requests. The pick person came and refused to pick my order as the product did not match the image. But then if they have delivered me a wrong product, how would it match with the image of the product I ordered? At least 4 times I reached customer care, each time different person assured I will get an exchange, but it never happened. A number of pick up executive came ( one was a minor below 18) and each of them refused to pick my order. I faced a lot of harassment. Sometimes the pick up executive will not even come but it will be marked they came . Finally, I had to accept defeat and keep the wrong product. I had all proofs, CCTV footages screenshots. But I don't want to get into the dirt.
