“Hello folks, Myntra is one of the big e-commerce brands in India and hence hard to avoid. However, whenever there exists an option to do so, I would recommend you opt for an alternative platform. I recently purchased football shoes worth over Rs. 8000 from Myntra and was delivered an incorrect product. Despite multiple follow ups and wasted time+energy, they refuse to return my money. They go on to say that they have conducted a detailed internal investigation which proves there exists no tampering on their end but refuse to provide any kind of report on the said investigation. This then indirectly places the blame for misconduct on my end. As consumers, we don't have many options available given the friction involved in approaching the consumer court. Hence, it is best to opt for companies like Amazon who have proven track records in customer service and empathy. Thank you! :)”

“Oh my god.. Myntra.. worst customer service than the products itself. When a product is bad customer has full rights to post the reviews about it but my review was rejected and I couldn't post it. So now I am forced to post both the product and the fraudulent customer service”

“This is the most fake app. Once you give negative review for a product, they won't publish it. Only good ratings and reviews will be published. They gave me defected shoes and when I complained they didn't pay heed and on the top of that they didn't approve my rating and review. Please don't buy a product from here after readings reviews and ratings. Delivery tracking also not possible.”

“I have ordered the product on 3rd April and from that they are continuously delaying and giving a excuses. Even customer care executive is half hour and one hour only for me. Worst app to order paid product. Niether they are giving any response nor delivering and nor refunding my fund.”

“Received wrong product. Received no resolution from customer care. Customer care staff is very senseless and pathetic people who are trained to say only one line. They did not deliver the correct product and asking to pay convenience charges again. I have done huge shopping from Myntra but now it has now started to cheat customer and lost my faith.”

“I had bought one kaftan from anouk, one white t-shirt from dillinger and one multicoloured small hoop earrings from you bella - all from myntra. The kaftan was of very poor quality and the stitching was terrible. The white t-shirt had one review stating that it was of good quality and non-transparent. I found it to be untrue. The material was very very see-through. When I wrote bad reviews for both the kaftan and the t-shirt, Myntra did not accept my reviews, even after multiple edits. That is very unethical of them. The earrings were of good quality and as advertised in the picture.”

“This is more painful while returning the product when courier guy comes and says this can not be returned because there is no Brand tag in this..just want to know from myntra that why you people are not updated like others they just scan the Bar code and things get cleared....you people are still confined with price tag and brand tag...and your pick up guy so called quality checker just check price and brand tag not the product and other details. This is really frustrating...I have tried to return this product twice, made pick up guy conference call with your customer care team but they are stick to brand tag after having price tag and actual product purchased from myntra.....this is like making customer fool.”

“I orders a pink W kurta dhoti set. In the package I only received kurta and sequences on the kurta are so loose. I proceeded with return. It has been almost two weeks and nobody picked it up. I tried their chat and was provided with a number, and that number doesn’t work. I paid full price and now left with unkept kurta and that too without dhoti. I had almost purchased Rs 25000 products from them and was going to continue but after this experience I would stop my families and friends from buying any products from Myntra”

“Myntra has started cheating its customers from last few years. I am a victim too. I've received a used dirty shirt which is different from what I ordered. I got sick since it was dirty and hospitalized. Myntra didn't even care to accept the return pickup of the product. And obviously worst is the synonym of their customer support team.”

“I purchased a pair of track pants on December 40, 2022 labeled as Large. (Usually I wear Medium and I wanted a loose pair, not figure hugging). The Large was still too tight so I put in request for Exchange. That was the beginning of my Cancelled item/Delayed item/Approved/Cancelled again nightmare. To date I've chatted with FIVE 'Support' staff and the exchange STILL hasn't happened. Myntra has gone from being a top online site to the WORST ever. Beware before you decide to shop on Myntra.”

“Because myntra is scam it showed me the offer stating if i would use cred upi pay for minimum transaction of 1000 i would get cashback for 500 which i didn't and later the additional about myntra is their care people were in the beginning they gave me a rebuttal saying this is the terms and conditions which need to be followed and when i said i did followed that then he changed his answer saying the timeline for offer is over heck why the reason its visible while purchasing the product the care people in myntra are more worse they are just bluffing not even replying when asked something and the funniest they are just trying to disconnect chat saying are we connected though i was connected and typing and did not even made him hold for a min either worse experience i had this would be my last intraction with myntra and i would never use it again its all fraud. (Conversation i had with is shahnawaz feroz)”

“Poor quality check from Myntra side, ther are sending damaged products and when returning items, showing lots of problems. I have talked to Mr Indrajeet, senior supervisor of Myntra, so bad attitude, he is putting his call on hold and not picking up again. Instead of giving suitable solution, they are running from their duty.I have Myntra member for last 10 years, bad experience this time, Please Myntra, take some action, otherwise you will loose your loyal customers??”

Please don't buy footwear from Myntra, i had worst experience, I didn't get the product with product tags, but while returning product company is rejecting it due to used based on no tags, and no brand box.
