“Return and refund fake they trapped you with bad poor quality products they cheated with me and forcefully give me the bad quality product and told me mam only exchange is available in this item although when I ordered that product it was showing me return available”

“Had such a bad experience with Myntra. First they did not deliver the exchange for 15 days and then cancelled from their side saying the return window is expired. meanwhile for these 15 days whenever i contacted their support I was given some stupid answer like it is shipped and in transit and what not. it was a mental torturer #myntra #mentaltorture”

“I have ordered a shirt from Mynatra, On 21 Sept it was showing as delivered to security but we didn't received the delivery, we have raised complain till now there no update from Mynatra side as well they have not refunded my money.. Worst Customer service I have ever seen . please don't buy from Mynatra.”

“Myntra's products are really good ...and it's because of the brands and quality of the product (clothes or anything) But MYNTRA's customer service is really very frustrating. They don't have track record of anything. They will keep asking you the details. Will mark your query resolved without providing you with the solution. #myntra #badcustomersupport”

“I have conversation with an excutive her name was kiruba. I request to change my delivery address she didn't solve my problem. How she can send me sms via Myntra that query has resolved. I have still issue I ask her to give me solution and closed my query. I am highly disappointed from her.”

“I didn't received the product I ordered.. Actually i ask for an exchange... The delivery agent picked up the product from my place.. And i didn't received the another one.. I am still waiting for the product. I spoke customer care.. They r just useless... My problem was to be resolved in a week and now they r asking me to wait for 2-3 days more.. This my humble request to everyone.. Plz don't buy any product from myntra... Their delivery service is pathetic”

“I returned my product and asked them to refund money as myntra credits. Money got credited in myntra account. But when I again ordered something they charged me convenience fee of 300 on a product of 800. Now my credit amount was 700. Means In order to get my money adjusted of rs 700 I have to pay 300 extra. Wow. What a brilliant thought these people have devised to make fool of people. Requesting them again and again to refund the money back to my bank account, no avail. Money minching. Scammers. Zero star from my side.no mail I'd to send issues. Just keep listening to IVR. And call is gone.”

“Be careful Myntra Lovers!! I'm long time customer of Myntra. I trusted them completely. But recently I just woke up!! I ordered a sofa set cover which had fitting issue so I asked for return. Some Myntra agent came and picked up the product but I didn't get any refund. I raised complaint many times but nothing happened. They just kept denying the product has picked up when I shared every single details with customer service person. Hello Myntra, stop cheating your customers, Provide them good service or else very soon you will loose your business. You forgot trust matters more than money.”

“Hello folks, Myntra is one of the big e-commerce brands in India and hence hard to avoid. However, whenever there exists an option to do so, I would recommend you opt for an alternative platform. I recently purchased football shoes worth over Rs. 8000 from Myntra and was delivered an incorrect product. Despite multiple follow ups and wasted time+energy, they refuse to return my money. They go on to say that they have conducted a detailed internal investigation which proves there exists no tampering on their end but refuse to provide any kind of report on the said investigation. This then indirectly places the blame for misconduct on my end. As consumers, we don't have many options available given the friction involved in approaching the consumer court. Hence, it is best to opt for companies like Amazon who have proven track records in customer service and empathy. Thank you! :)”

“Oh my god.. Myntra.. worst customer service than the products itself. When a product is bad customer has full rights to post the reviews about it but my review was rejected and I couldn't post it. So now I am forced to post both the product and the fraudulent customer service”

“This is the most fake app. Once you give negative review for a product, they won't publish it. Only good ratings and reviews will be published. They gave me defected shoes and when I complained they didn't pay heed and on the top of that they didn't approve my rating and review. Please don't buy a product from here after readings reviews and ratings. Delivery tracking also not possible.”

“Received wrong product. Received no resolution from customer care. Customer care staff is very senseless and pathetic people who are trained to say only one line. They did not deliver the correct product and asking to pay convenience charges again. I have done huge shopping from Myntra but now it has now started to cheat customer and lost my faith.”

“I had bought one kaftan from anouk, one white t-shirt from dillinger and one multicoloured small hoop earrings from you bella - all from myntra. The kaftan was of very poor quality and the stitching was terrible. The white t-shirt had one review stating that it was of good quality and non-transparent. I found it to be untrue. The material was very very see-through. When I wrote bad reviews for both the kaftan and the t-shirt, Myntra did not accept my reviews, even after multiple edits. That is very unethical of them. The earrings were of good quality and as advertised in the picture.”
