I had ordered a pair of heels from Myntra, I got the product with a broken box and the heel leather was chipped and looked like someone has used it!!
The day I received the product, I raised an exchange and after going back and forth with the Myntra customer support team, they have approved the exchange but have not exchanged the damaged product with the new product and have not refunded my money!!
I am so disappointed with this app right now! Why the hell should customer bare the loss of what Myntra does!!
