“I bought the product that delivered to me. but when i asked for exchange or return. they are saying that your area is not serviceable hence you have to ship the product youself”

“Very bad customer service also they promise the delivery date but always delayed. Pathetic and worst service please do not go by the date given for delivery. Do not ever buy from mantra.”

“Hello everyone This is to let you know that the Myntra delivery team has been seen to make phony attempts at deliveries. My five orders from last week were marked as undelivered because the executive didn't contact me before picking up the package from the delivery office, even though I was available to pick them up. The executive assumed that offices were closed for three days, so he didn't buy the parcel. Even after that, the orders were cancelled and a refund was initiated for my account without informing me. It is advisable not to rely on Myntra for verified orders. Regards Swapnil Kadam”

“Horrible Customer Service!!! I ordered a product for myself and after the delivery of the product, I had to plan a return because the size wouldn’t fit. I placed a return and it failed due to the product code not matching. After multiple issues being raised and investigations being done, Myntra customer care service explained to me, that the investigation has failed because the right product was delivered to you but the product has failed quality check because the product code isn’t matching!!! So now I’m stuck with a product that does not fit me, my money being wasted and Myntra being of least help to me here! I had read many reviews of other people facing this same issue before and I didn’t expect Myntra to get to such low levels!!! If you can’t manage a platform don’t fool people and steal from them!!”

“We ordered a shirt and it's not delivered to us. But they mentioned it's delivered. . despite repeated calling and messaging for 25 days. .they always replied saying we will get back in 24 to 48 hrs but never investigated. Atleast they closed the issue without any clarification and confirmation. Worst service”

“I recently placed an order with Myntra and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the promised delivery timeframe, my order has been consistently delayed. What's even more disappointing is that, despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of communication and a clear resolution plan is deeply concerning. The customer service representatives have been polite, but their inability to provide a concrete solution or expedite the delivery process is disheartening. I believe that a company's commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in how it handles challenges. In this case, I feel let down and frustrated by the lack of transparency and the failure to fulfill a basic promise of timely delivery. I urge Myntra to prioritize improving its logistics and communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability, and unfortunately, my recent experience falls short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that my concerns are taken seriously and that steps are taken to rectify these issues promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend Myntra to others based on my disappointing experience. Feel free to modify the template according to your specific situation and emotions. It's essential to be honest and specific about the problems you encountered while also leaving room for the company to address and rectify the issues.”

“Don't purchase anything from myntra they are stolen the money and sending faulty items and rejecting to accpt the shoe and ear buds I would suggest you to please don't purchase from Myntra. Also they will delete my review from here and and they have deleted my numerous reviews from myntra app too. They are liers first they say we don't have managers and then they transfer the chat or call to another agents and they talk as a manager.”

“Mera to bahut ganda wala experience raha. Meri jacket me size issue tha 3000 ki jacket thi maine usko return dala or wo return nhi ho rhi pickup aane se pahle return on hold kar de raha quality check issue daal ke uske baad 4-5baar complain ki tb wo aaya or product le jane ke baad bhi hold pe daal diya uske baad fir customer service humari help hi ni karta without check the issue resolved kar ke ticket pe mention kar dete hai... Mai kya karu mera paisa fansa hua hai.. Jindgi me kisi ko myntra se shopping karne ke liye nhi bolungi,. Itna ganda experience”

“I have received wrong product. I have ordered formal shoes but received sports shoes. Its almost 10 days till now myntra is not taking back wrong product and not refunding my money. Thay are making @Mukesh/Nandita, This is very frustrating for me as myntra is not giving proper service. Expecting timely response from your end. No Regards Frustrating customer”

“Damaged product delivered 21.11 since then 7+ attempts to collect. Seniors managers make promise to collect 24/48 hours but nothing. They approve the refund but will not pick up return. Their philosophy is to steal from their customers..means YOU !!and use the money to pay their CEO and staff. Their staff are puppets who follow a written script , sorry for the issue , sorry for the inconvenience!!! . Their escalation managers cannot make a decision. Do not shop with them , they are thieves......Even their CEO Ms Sinha will not respond to email. This is a joke company ....BEWARE. spend your money with someone else !!!”

“Myntra is listing product to be sold by original brand such as Bata on their marketplace website. They do not disclose on the product page that Bata products are not covered under Bata's standard 90 day warranty policy. They have this agreement with Bata. I received this response from Bata when I reached them out to get warranty service for a defective product that Myntra purchases are not covered under 90 day warranty even though the product seller on Myntra is Bata India Limited. By not disclosing the warranty information on the product page while customer is making a purchase they are doing a fraud. This is even done when they list that the seller is Bata India Limited. Both Bata and Myntra are doing a fraud by selling defective inventory to customers.”

“I returned a product on 10th November but the return status is not yet updated and today is 21st November. The logistic team is saying that they haven't got the product so the refund can't be processed. I filed complaint for 4 times but the response was same every time. Now in this whole scenario where is my faulty. This time I'm really very disappointed with myntra. This is the scam and now I'll rethink before doing shopping from myntra. I want to give zero star for this”

“This Mytra website is total fraud ! Their website says 30 days return but when contacted on 30 th day , saying I didn't receive the product completely, paid for 2, received 1; They said since it had gone beyond 72 hours , they can't help. I had delayed as I am NRI and I ordered items beforehand so that when I reach India , I get them as if there is any delay I won't receive my item. After my repetitive requests, they just re-iterated it's NOT in policy, if not then STOP advertising 30 days RETURN on website. MYNTRA is ABSOLUTE NO NO for anyone and DEFINITE NO NO for NRIs. I will spread the word about this scam! If I could I would have given -5 rating, please AVOID these SCAMMERS”

“I am a myntra icon..you can understand by that that I did spend a lot that they made me an icon..I ordered a Biba dupatta worth RS.998, a convenience charge added for Rs.20 which they charge on all orders so total 1008…the package I received had a plastic bag with the dupatta label and a cheap cotton pant which is neither worth more than 150 nor looks good..I tried to return it. The first thing that happenes is the convenience charge is deducted. What was the convenience here when the whole thing is not even the customer’s mistake. The pickup person wouldn’t pick it saying it’s a different product..exactly that’s y I m returning it…several call, chats..no resolution and now the customer care don’t repond once thay know we are inquiring about the pickup of this particular order. Surprised that with such bad customer experience how the site still has customers..I am never buying anything from myntra again..in a way good coz I was addicted!”

“During sale period Myntra attract customers by offering low price of products n later on cancel the order with message that unfortunately we had to cancel your order as seller is not able to supply . My 40% orders were cancelled by Myntra . 4 products cancelled recently out of 10. So do not waste your time for shopping on Myntra.”

“I ordered small size by mistake and ask for exchange but these guys not exchange or return my product. Very very bad customer service . They have degraded the quality of brands and while asking for return or exchange the says the return window has been closed just in two days. If the customer phone network is not accessible for two days or so then your product and money is wasted coz they will not return return your product and money as well. They are here just looting the money of customer by keeping such policies. I am never gonna shop from this site. Very bad experience.”

“Incompetent lot. Did not deliver my item and marked it as delivered. I called and called for over a month, i dont know where they pick up their agents and senior agents, but I think a monkey would have solved the issue by now. They conveniently mark the issue as closed. How many people's money has Myntra swallowed? NEVER EVER USE MYNTRA. THEY ARE FRAUDS.”
