I bought Allen solly jeans with mid rise and Slim fit as per the product description on December. the seller send the item with Lown Rise Skinny fit remaining details are same as description. I think it is a mistake choose to exchange the item with exact description. At that time I contacted myntra customer support. They made apology After three days exchanged product delivered, unfortunately again they made same mistake. So I requested to return and refund. Second time I contacted the myntra customer support, They made apology. After three months I ordered same product with mid rise and Slim fit. Unfortunately again they send the old wrong product with Low Rise and Skinny fit. Again I contacted the myntra customer support, as usual they made apology. Again I decided to exchange to get the exact item what they said in product description. Unfortunately They delivered the old wrong product with Low Rise and Skinny fit. Now I again made exchange to get the exact item what I am ordered. Now also contacted the myntra customer support, as usual they made apology. Wait and see. I think this is not a mistake, this is doing the seller intentionally to sell out the old stock or slow moving item. I think myntra will take action to avoid this type foolishness activities of the seller to avoid the customers ugly feeling about myntra. Unfortunately there is no way to connect customer support to the seller to inform the seller to change the product description as per the products available with the seller... That's a big Jock...
