At MYNTRA I paid for 3 dresses and only 1 dress was delivered , 2 more were not received in the packet.
They copy-paste or auto-send the same messages we are looking into the matter and decline it.
They take the money and don't deliver and on top go back and forth with the same messages. Not happy at all.
Worst Customer service they keep saying the claim has been declined for no fault of me, stole my money so unethical.
