Delivered a different product than what was ordered. When complaint was raised, they said they will replace. But the message came as if I have asked for an exchange. When the delivery came the delivery man refused to replace saying that it has not been approved. Asked me to call the customer care. I called them and informed but to my surprise, I received a message saying that my ‘exchange request’ is rejected as it has not passed the quality test. God knows what is the quality issue here. I again raised a fresh complaint and after 4 days another delivery man appeared and the same drama of no approval and call the customer care repeated. This time the delivery person did not wait even till I could dial the customer care number. The customer care parroted again the same ‘we regret the inconvenience, please register another complaint’ bla bla. I thought enough is enough. To hell with Myntra.
