Very disappointed with the service. I returned the product, but the app falsely claims it hasn’t been received, and my refund was declined.
This feels like a clear case of fraud, and it’s extremely frustrating to deal with such dishonesty.
I strongly advise against shopping on Myntra – their customer service and return process are highly unreliable.
Don’t buy anything from Myntra.
