I ordered ladies dress material and received one with another design. I tried to return it through the app but did not get any response on it. Had to call customer care for pickup. The person who came to pick up showed me pics of an absolutely different product (night suit) and rejected to accept the return of the dress material. After that I spoke to customer care atleast 6 times before the last I could get return done successfully and got my refund. Most of their customer care executives are untrained & unprofessional. They keep you on hold for 15-20 min and have no clue about what to do. Myntra has very poor return system. Such big name but so disappointing!
