Pathetic experience...Worst customer care....
We were out of station and Product was not delivered. All of a sudden received msg and order status change on the app saying that the order has been delivered. Neither call from the delivery guy.nor product delivery.
#1 Logged a complaint on Myntra app, but Myntra had closed the complaint saying - Order has been delivered(this was my complaint at the very first place that I haven't received the order)
#2 Called-up customer care and logged a complaint, but they closed the complaint with no intimation.saying the same sht again - "Ordered has been delivered"
#3 - Third complaint - Again called-up customer care and raised the complaint. After few days, again they close the complaint with no intimation. So, called customer care - same sht again - they say that "Our logistics partner has said that they had delivered the order, hence complaint has been closed"
Morons are working at Myntra and I believe Myntra dones't care about Customer.
My complaint itself was - Product was not delivered.but they say that their logistics guy said it was delivered. So, Mynta just delivers product to their logistics partner.but not to the customer. Hence, they don't care about the customer.
Inturn they say to get the case resolved at my end - Are they morons?
Senseless team Myntra.
