I purchased a pair of track pants on December 40, 2022 labeled as Large. (Usually I wear Medium and I wanted a loose pair, not figure hugging). The Large was still too tight so I put in request for Exchange. That was the beginning of my Cancelled item/Delayed item/Approved/Cancelled again nightmare. To date I've chatted with FIVE 'Support' staff and the exchange STILL hasn't happened. Myntra has gone from being a top online site to the WORST ever. Beware before you decide to shop on Myntra.
