Damaged product delivered 21.11 since then 7+ attempts to collect. Seniors managers make promise to collect 24/48 hours but nothing. They approve the refund but will not pick up return. Their philosophy is to steal from their customers..means YOU !!and use the money to pay their CEO and staff. Their staff are puppets who follow a written script , sorry for the issue , sorry for the inconvenience!!! . Their escalation managers cannot make a decision. Do not shop with them , they are thieves......Even their CEO Ms Sinha will not respond to email. This is a joke company ....BEWARE. spend your money with someone else !!!
