What's even more disappointing is that, despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of communication and a clear resolution plan is deeply concerning. The customer service representatives have been polite, but their inability to provide a concrete solution or expedite the delivery process is disheartening.
I believe that a company's commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in how it handles challenges. In this case, I feel let down and frustrated by the lack of transparency and the failure to fulfill a basic promise of timely delivery.
I urge Myntra to prioritize improving its logistics and communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability, and unfortunately, my recent experience falls short of those expectations.
