Similar issues as others. Wanted to return the product. Some fake/ real pick-up SMS. But no one came to pick up. Next day, myntra app shows, my product didnt pass the quality check at doorstep. And hence, return rejected.
I complained in help centre. And calling customer service everyday. But everyday, they send same scripted message- 24 hours time frame, complaints would be resolved; same sugary trained dialogues by their agents on call.
Horrible experience. Never going to buy again.
