Hi, I ordered a bathrobe and slippers. Took a month to be delivered. Slippers too big and bathrobe had a funky tie wrap that I didn't like. Would have exchanged but not an easy experience. Didn't want to wait two months before I got my stuff and I had to call about the slippers which they didn't have a non wide or a smaller size or half sizes. I also had to pay $10.00 to return. I received nothing but had to pay $10.00 and drive out of my way to return. I will never buy anything from my pillow again; not because the products aren't good but because I HATE TO BE NICKLED AND DIMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW MY PILLOW MAKES A DECENT PROFIT WHY NOT MAKE THINGS EASIER ON THE CONSUMER RATHER THAN MORE DIFFICULT TO SAVE A BUCK???????????????? I HATE THAT IN A COMPANY.
