These Pillows are really CHEAP. Take forever to ship n receive. Doesn't keep it's shape. CS agents don't even bring up the warranty which is suppose 2 b 10 year. If you want continued neck problems this is YOUR PILLOW!!! Total waste of money!!! You have to pay shipping to return for an inferior product!!!
