I really wanted to have a great experience with My Pillow. Unfortunately, my experience has been awful. I placed an order on December 27th and, today, January 22nd, the order has still not even shipped. When I called to cancel my order, they said they could not because shipping label was created on January 17th and they would be shipping out within 8-10 days. Please tell me why a company can't cancel an order when it won't ship for another 4-7 days? After reading some other reviews, I am convinced that this company is run very poorly. What a scam!
