Bought my first 2 My Pillows in 2017, which I purchased from a retail store. They were great, and they remain so today. However, I decided to get new ones and ordered 2 standard pillows. They arrived....one was completely unusable (uneven fill, even after throwing in the drier for 15 minutes on high heat and "fluffing", per instructions). The other was OK, but "not really". Contacted customer service. The rep was very nice, and she sent one replacement. It's better than the one I'm going to return, but still not as good as the originals from 2017. I figured the reduced price I paid for these was due to cutting out the middleman, but no....these are simply inferior products. I'd rather pay more and get better quality and MADE IN THE USA (WHICH THESE ARE). I'll still return the one pillow as promised and will live with the other two, which I expect will have a life expectancy of 3 months or less.
