I had ordered a My Pillow quite a long time ago. It shipped relatively quickly and was the best pillow I've ever had. I ordered another early this month, and it's been 23 since my order and I still have not received it. I've called customer service twice. First call, we'll put a rush on your order. I called today, same response. I will say that the people I spoke to were very nice. The shipping issue needs to be seriously addressed. Maybe I'll get it by Christmas?
