My order was dispatched on March 12 to China. 25 days lapsed and I did not yet receive my package. Tracking showed it is on its way from Beijing to Dalian since 22 March.
When I called China post they informed me that for local Transfers there is no tracking. Since local transfers happen within 5 working days. They assured me the package is lost and cannot be traced or tracked. They advised me to inform the sender of this situation as they do not settle claims.
However customer service at Sears keeps telling me Tracking is showing that the package is on its way since 22 March and will arrive and nothing can be done.
I have received several packages through DHL and SFS local courier. These have reached my destination at Dalian within 20 days with end to end Tracking.
It is unethical and unprofessional for a company like Sears that makes such high claims of service and quality to treat customers unfairly.
How long do I need to wait for my refund?
