I like the product, however, the flyer I received in the mail stated that I would get a free jar of Simply Beautiful when I ordered 3 bottles of Re-Nourish. I ordered the Re-Nourish just as stated in the instructions. I did not receive the jar of Simply Beautiful. I have made multiple calls & sent many emails telling customer service of the error. They continue to stonewall me & refuse to stand by their mailer. I have even sent them a scanned copy of the mailer, per their request, and they still refuse to honor their offer. This same thing happened the last time I ordered Re-Nourish when I received the same offer in the mail. I didn't do anything at that time. This time I'm trying to get them to stand by their offer. Apparently Dr. Sears doesn't care about his customers and only cares about taking your money. I would be very cautious if you're tempted to order something from his promotions because he obviously lies.
