Having been warned about my 'show plate' being illegal for the road, I ordered a new front plate. My plate arrived as quick as always (I am a regular customer) but was not quite what I'd hoped. The first letters and numbers of my plate spell my surname and the last letter is the start of my Christian name. I carefully planned out the spacing so that the last letter was just one digit space apart from the others. It arrived spaced further apart than I had planned.. The quality is as good as ever but in future I will (and would recommend) ringing to explain you special requirements and don't just rely on spacing being as written via your computer key strokes when designing your plate.
