I have bought plates from you many times over the years and had no problems
This time however it has been a nightmare, it took weeks for you to make them, the plates were not to my design, you charged me for design work which was not done, I requested a refund or a new set of plates and I have been offered neither
Please refer to the many emails I have sent you the latter of which I have had no replies
