Very unhappy that I was not informed about the need to provide documentary evidence of ownership until AFTER payment. Purchasing rear plates for trailer - for myself and my partner. Unable to access documents for the second vehicle easily so would not have bought if it had been CLEARLY stated at the start of the process that this would be a mandatory requirement
Sent emails about this - generic reply and no attempt to address issues
I would not use this service again!!
