After installing the plates, I quickly found that the plastic coating was 'bubbling' up off the yellow reflective layer.
Contacted Myshowplates who asked me to send photos and to confirm that I installed the plates in the correct way.
I sent photos and confirmation of correct installation.
Not heard from Myshowplates since I sent the photos/confirmation on June 3rd, and a reminder e-mail about how we were going to resolve my problem (June 20th).
Now assuming they have washed their hands of my problem.
