The space was missed out between the fourth and fifth characters of the front and rear plates. Phoned up and the staff were really arsey about it and said it must have been my fault and I'd have to buy a new set if I wanted it corrected. Considering I've bought a lot of plates from you over the years on behalf of my customers it was a bit of a slap in the face so I'll probably go elsewhere from now on. Customer loyalty is obviously not as important as the few quid profit of two plates.
